Running sucks. A lot. Add in 8 miles, 104 degree weather and twenty girls and you’ve got yourself Clark High School’s girls’ cross country team. This past Tuesday, these athletes took the high road-- literally-- and travelled on foot, ACROSS THE AFRICAN DESERT, to their first race of the season.

The last four years of steady victories for the Clark tennis team were sweet; but all good things must come to an end. This past Tuesday, your Clark Chargers were defeated by the Bishop Gorman Gaels in a tightly contested 10-7 matchup.

Senior Night
January 21 of this year proved to be a rough night for Clark’s varsity basketball team. The Chargers travelled to Faith Lutheran High School, in hopes to continue their 5-0 start to conference play. Instead, they met a roadblock in the Crusaders. The Chargers would go on to lose the game by five points, a loss that was not taken lightly by coaches or players..

Basketball
Clark’s girls basketball team was in a downfall. Losing two key players was something any regional runner-up team would be dreading. Without a starting point guard and a starting small forward Coach Michael Moulchin had a lot of work to do.
Clark Cross Country Finishes Second
In State
On November 8, the Clark Cross Country men’s team competed for the state championship in Division 1-A at Sunset Park. Two years earlier, this team competed on the same level, and came in fifth place overall. The 2014 season would prove to be a landmark year for the up-and-coming program the Chargers have been developing.
Fifty Years In and Still Improving
It's taken Clark 50 years but our fall sports have never looked so good. It may be too early to tell but our fall teams seem to be on a promising path to play offs.
More Than A Sport in Short Skirt
Though many people don’t recognize it as a sport, all the hours of training, stretching, exercising and memorizing definitely qualify cheerleading as a sport. Cheerleading is a competitive sport and only the best of the best are able to be apart of our very own 2014-2015 Clark Cheerleading squad.
