Many believe that high school is the time for you to explore and discover who you are (or who you think you are, at least), and to many teenagers, that means a quest for a high school sweetheart.
However, many teens either don’t think about the future, or choose to be indifferent to the reality of what lies ahead. Realistically speaking, relationships end one of three ways – you break up, stay together outside of marriage, or get married. Of course answers will vary from person to person, but as a whole, what are the pros and cons of being in a relationship in high school? Is it really worth a teenager’s time?
So when you’re deciding whether or not you want to be someone’s “bae” (hipster term short for ‘babe’ because it’s obviously one letter too long), just make sure that you get your priorities straight – are you sure you want to spend time and money on your bae when you can be spending that on boxes of pizza and tubs of ice cream? There’s no way to accurately predict whether a relationship will last or not, or whether the relationship will do you good or not.
People are constantly changing – voices get deeper and swag comes and goes. Also, circumstances are constantly changing. Just keep these pros and cons in mind when you’re deciding whose name you want to tattoo on your butt.

As you strut down the halls of Clark High School (or any high school, really), it is guaranteed that you’ll spot at least one couple holding hands or exchanging a short embrace before they go to their next class (because an hour and a half in each period is just completely unbearable, right?).
